WE SEEK TO MAKE LOANS ON COMMERCIAL ASSETS WITH MATERIAL EQUITY BUILD-UP AND/OR POTENTIAL FOR PRODUCTION OF INCOME

We normally produce a term sheet within 48 hours of receipt of preliminary due diligence materials and, on many of our loans, close within 5 business days of term sheet execution. A prime differentiating factor of our loans is that we generally do not charge pre-payment penalties. Many of our clients use our loans as a bridge until the asset can be stabilized, developed, or sold. If you are a borrower with material equity in your asset, contact us. Our borrowers are professionals who understand that, with these general terms, our loans are significantly cheaper than raising equity or paying typical “hard money” rates. Likewise, as the lender we understand that since we are not charging these “expensive” rates, we cannot afford defaults (none, nada, zilch) and thus are disciplined in our underwriting process and loan limits.
